Clinical Governance - Population and Primary Health

Primary Objective:

To support and strengthen clinical governance functions across Population and Primary Health Care through coordinated clinical incident management, formal review processes and governance activities, ensuring timely progression of reviews, recommendations and actions arising from clinical incidents, mortality reviews and coronial matters. The role supports alignment, oversight and coordinated governance functions of mortality and incident review processes across PPHC to improve patient safety, accountability and quality improvement outcomes.
