Primary Objective:

Provide leadership, high level advice and coordination on strategic workforce planning, development and reform initiatives, supporting agencies to shape and deliver objectives that align to Northern Territory Government strategic objectives, and development of workforce capability across the Northern Territory Public Sector. This vacancy may be available in Darwin, Alice Springs, Katherine or Tennant Creek subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
