Primary Objective:

Provide tenancy management services to occupants of government and privately headed leased properties for government employee housing in regional and remote communities in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act 1999 (NT) and Housing Act 1982 (NT), including ingoing, outgoing and regular inspections and supporting occupants to report repairs and maintenance needs.
