Lead the planning, delivery and monitoring of the strategic workforce actions and initiatives. This role provides strategic direction, governance, and delivery oversight to ensure workforce reform outcomes are achieved within approved scope, timeframes and budget, and aligned with departmental and whole-of-government priorities.
