Primary Objective:

Ensure high quality, consistent daily care and support services to the residents in accordance with their transition plans, individualised therapeutic care plan, behaviour support plans, departmental policies and procedures. Provide support and leadership to Forensic Disability Support Workers and be a role model in relation to good work practices.
