Provide professional leadership and management of the Complaints and Compliance Team, overseeing the delivery of culturally appropriate, case management responses to sustain tenancies at risk. The position manages complex compliance and antisocial behaviour matters, ensures adherence to legislative requirements, and drives strategic, collaborative approaches with stakeholders to enhance community safety and tenancy outcomes.
