Primary Objective:

As a member of the College Leadership Team, provide innovative educational leadership and management to implement curriculum, wellbeing and educational programs at Taminmin College. Heads of Department and Year Co-ordinators should inspire students, staff and community members to optimise the learning and engagement of all students. They lead the implementation of an effective, future focused educational programs through Years 7 to 12 and contribute to the College vision and improvement agenda. This position works closely with Registered Training Organisations and industry partners to support the delivery of vocational education and training at Taminmin College.
