Primary Objective:

Develop and implement policies, procedures and practices to support and increase the Prisoner Employment Program. Conduct regular site visits to potential employers in the Darwin region to increase employment opportunities for eligible prisoners. Supervise the Prisoner Employment Officers to ensure the effective management of the Prisoner Employment Program.
