Primary Objective:

The Project Manager plays a key role in strengthening community outcomes across the Top End Region by providing high-quality project management, practical guidance, and strategic support for a diverse range of community-focused initiatives. The role supports the Top End Regional Director Community Development and Top End Community Development team by enabling effective engagement with communities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and helping drive place-based approaches that empower local decision-making and implementing the Empowering the Bush strategic framework. This includes supporting initiatives that build local capability, enhance service delivery, and contribute to meaningful, sustainable outcomes across Top End communities.
