Primary Objective:

Provide influence, guidance and support to the Superintendent, Centre managers and staff to ensure they adopt appropriate workforce planning and human resource management practices across all facets of employee relations, including industrial issues and consultation; disputes and disciplinary management; workforce planning and development; and change management. In addition, oversee work health and safety and play a key role in championing employee wellbeing, engagement and diversity.
