Primary Objective:

To provide informed specialist regulatory advice on the design, interpretation, and ongoing applications of regulatory frameworks governing the NT Electricity System and Market Operator. The role exercises judgement to assess regulatory and compliance risk and to recommend assurance, reform, and improvement actions that support secure power system operation, market integrity, and electricity market reform outcomes.
