Primary Objective:

Provide leadership and deliver high Quality Early Childhood Education and Care for the families of Maningrida while also enhancing the skills and capabilities of staff. Co-ordinate and maintain strong relationships with children, families, staff and the wider community. As the Creche Director, you will ensure that the service adheres to all regulations and continuously strives to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards, facilitate the smooth operation of the centre inclusive but not limited to staff rosters, family accounts, program and planning, mentoring staff and managing a budget.
