Primary Objective:

Assist students in achieving successful educational outcomes and high-level attendance through strong communication and working with families, staff, school community members. This includes liaising, assisting, promoting, and supporting the establishment of sustainable networks which link families, students, schools, and external organisations to support integrated student and family service delivery. The position also conducts follow up home visits for students not attending school.
