Primary Objective:

Provide high level strategic and operational advice, detailed status and contract outcome reporting to the Director Maintenance and Executive Management on the certification process and associated remedial building works required to achieve building certification matters for government owned and leased buildings. Provide leadership and management to the Building Compliance team and be the Principles Representation for period and panel contracts administered by the team.
