Primary Objective:

Supports and provides collaborative, appropriate, proficient, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations, including working with and alongside less experienced nursing and midwifery staff, within the specialty area. The position will support the Clinical Nurse Manager with daily operations and human resource management of the transit lounge providing professional and clinical expertise to optimise patient flow. The position requires a high level of knowledge, navigating and advising on hospital and clinical systems as well as discharge planning and patient coordination. This position requires a strong, contemporary leader with excellent conflict resolution and human resource management experience as well as good computer literacy to produce rosters and present reports.
