Primary Objective:

The Northern Territory Government Graduate Development Program is a one year full-time paid employment for university graduates who have graduated within the last 3 years or are due to complete this year, looking to kick start their career in the Northern Territory Government. Opportunities are based off the degree you have obtained and is matched agency requirements. Note: Selections for this program occur between August and November, with selected candidates commencing January 2027.
