Primary Objective:

The Workforce Support Officer is responsible for creating and maintaining the rosters for the Holtze Youth Detention Centre unit within the Youth Justice Division. The role contributes to the planning and delivery of a variety of workforce support activities within the Holtze Youth Detention Centre. This is achieved by providing operational and administrative support within a Human Resource best practice framework. Responsibilities will encompass administrative support for staff on Return-to-Work programs and the co-ordination of recruitment functions across the Holtze Youth Detention Centre Unit.
