Primary Objective:

Under the direction of the Operations Manager, manage the Food Services team and be responsible for the safe production and distribution of meals to clients of the Tennant Creek Hospital in accordance with Food Safe Standards. Provide guidance of Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point Food Safe practices within the Food Services Team.
