Primary Objective:

To undertake specialist assessment, treatment and guide the management of complex and high-risk offenders. To train staff on principles of offence related rehabilitation and be supported to become a Board Approved Supervisor to provide accredited supervision as Board Approved Supervisor. Contribute to the development of culturally appropriate offence specific and related program manuals. To support the implantation of a new framework within the rehabilitation space. This vacancy may be available in either Alice Springs or Darwin subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
