Primary Objective:

The Visitor Reception Unit Team Leader has a primary responsibility for the professional, efficient, consistent and reliable customer service to all visitors entering the Berrimah Correctional Centre, whilst also providing training and support to the VRU Team and is a point of contact for complaints, queries and feedback from clients.
