Primary Objective:

Lead the registration, regulation and ongoing compliance oversight of community housing providers operating in the Northern Territory, ensuring they meet the requirements of the National Regulatory System for Community Housing (NRSCH) and relevant NT legislation, policy and accountability frameworks. The role provides authoritative regulatory advice, drives continuous improvement in sector performance, and supports safe, fair and sustainable housing outcomes for Territorians. The Department of Housing, Local Government and Community Development supports and appreciates flexible working arrangements. This vacancy may be available on a fulltime or part time basis, subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
