Primary Objective:

Provide NT wide specialist practice leadership within Community Corrections to strengthen responses to domestic, family and sexual violence and high-risk offenders. Practice Leaders support frontline staff with timely, case-specific guidance on complex matters, while working with teams and partner agencies to enhance rehabilitation pathways, embed evidence-based practice, and build workforce capability, wellbeing and resilience. Two vacancies are available in either Alice Springs, Darwin or Katherine subject to negotiation with the successful applicant.
