Primary Objective:

The Case Officer delivers complex operational tenancy management, compliance and community safety services across public housing portfolios throughout the Northern Territory. The role manages a caseload, applies legislation, policy and procedural fairness, and works collaboratively with tenants, communities and partner agencies to support sustainable tenancies, proactively address antisocial behaviour and contribute to safe, responsive housing services.
