Primary Objective:

Supervise and manage teams of Youth Justice Officers who provide care, supervision and support to vulnerable individuals and groups in youth justice detention centres across the Northern Territory; ensuring that the needs of youth detainees are met within a secure, culturally safe and therapeutic setting in accordance with the Model of Care and relevant legislation.
