Primary Objective:

The Registered Training Organisation Manager is responsible for the overall management and compliance of the Registered Training Organisation in accordance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations, government regulations, and industry best practices. The role involves, managing staff, ensuring high-quality student outcomes, and ensuring continuous improvement in operations. The Registered Training Organisation Manager will drive the strategic vision of the Registered Training Organisation while ensuring the organisation operates within the scope of its registration.
