Primary Objective:

The Senior Investigation Officer is principally responsible for investigating, and where possible, resolving the more serious and/or complex matters of complaint about NT Government agencies, local government and police conduct, and for preparing reports and recommendations to Parliament and agency management to improve public administration in the Northern Territory.
