Primary Objective:
Strengthen and mature the Northern Territory Rural Generalist Program by providing strategic workforce advice, stakeholder engagement and trainee/registrar-focused support across the training continuum. The role promotes and facilitates access to rural generalist training, fellowship and career opportunities through advocacy, mentoring, education and collaboration with key health workforce partners. This is a part time vacancy available at 0.1 FTE (3 hours 48 minutes) or 0.2 FTE (7 hours 36 minutes) subject to negotiation with the successful applicant. Selection will be made at the RG or SRG level depending on the experience of the successful applicant. Several vacancies are available in various locations throughout the Northern Territory.
