Primary Objective:

Lead a small team of recruitment professionals to deliver high quality, enterprise wide recruitment services to Northern Territory Public Sector agencies. Provide clear leadership and operational oversight across vacancy advertising, external media coordination, application management, entry level program delivery and recruitment program administration. Work collaboratively with government agencies to support positive recruitment outcomes and the consistent delivery of professional, timely and customer focused services.
