Provide leadership, guidance, and expert advice on the execution of strategic workforce planning and workforce development initiatives. This includes enhancing workforce capability and capacity, as well as supporting planning, development and retention activities for the Northern Territory Government. Two vacancies are available, one ongoing and one fixed to 12/06/2027.
