Primary Objective:

To provide strategic advice, leadership and project management expertise to support the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic priorities across the Fines Recovery Unit. This includes driving best practice project management methodologies, delivering high quality analysis and evidence based recommendations, strengthening governance and reporting frameworks, and contributing to system improvements and innovative solutions that respond to emerging issues and support the Fines Recovery Unit’s operational and strategic objectives.
