The Chief Industries Officer, Food Services, lead the development of Prisoners in a modern, progressive and efficient industry that meets commercial standards. Oversee the day-to-day operations within a custodial institution that meets industry standards for prisoners enrolled in Vocational Education and Training in the pursuit of real employment opportunities.
